ETHICS AND WHISTLEBLOWING

CDCNPA has adopted its own Organizational, Management and Control Model – based on Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 – aimed at establishing guidelines, operational procedures, and methodologies for verifying and monitoring the Consortium’s management.

An integral part of the Model is the Code of Ethics through which the CDCNPA establishes the fundamental values of the Consortium, its people, and the rules governing relationships with members, suppliers, and stakeholders.

A Supervisory Body has also been appointed in accordance with legal requirements, to which any reports or suspected violations can be sent via the email address odv@cdcnpa.it

In addition CDCNPA has developed the following whistleblowing procedure, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions.

The procedure defines the operational methods to be observed in managing reports of administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal violations to protect reporting persons.
